Attention active-e shopping cart users: A new FTP button has been added to SA Maintenance, Titles Maintenance and the active-e Inventory program. Clicking this button will allow you to navigate to a local image. The image will ftp to your shopping cart. You do not have to worry about file names or the size of the image. The selected image will end up in the large folder and then automatically be resized for the medium and icon. Similar to the Master Image button, you now have a Local Image button. The SA & Titles Maintenance programs also have a new button to remove a local image from your shopping cart. You will need to setup your ftp address, username and password on tab 3 of the active-e setup.
Added the ability to blacklist a sku in the active-e Inventory Update program. This will mark the sku so that it will not be imported in any future updates.
A fix has been made for those stores using the Surtax Cap feature regarding a sale that includes trade-ins.

List items out on approval report - the price field now takes discounts into consideration.
The active-e extended description template that is setup in the shopping cart tabs of the active-e setup has been extended to each inventory item. The template that is setup in the active-e setup is the default. It can be overridden at the sku/catalog level.
The ‘active-e Inventory’ program has a new right click option to apply a template override to all items.
System variable ‘Processor’ has been moved to the workstation record. This will enable stores with multiple locations that are using PCCharge to use different a processor at each location. The update will have already updated your workstation records with the value that was in the system variable.

Transfer out - a serial number transferred out which exists at another location will be automatically transferred to the correct location.
Deleting a customer also deletes the customer's drivers license information.
Active-e B2B users now have the ability to download and create QBP (Quality Bicycle Products) invoices. The new program is located under Modules/XML/EDI Services/active-e Download Invoices. You will need to check Electronic Invoices and setup your Inventory Rcvd and Freight GL numbers in the ABP EDI Setup.

This update takes extra measures to be sure that electronic gift cards with history associated with them are not re-used. The cards are designed for one time use. Re-using the cards will cause the card history, reports and future enhancements related to gift cards to become unusable.
