Premium Support Membership
Premium Support is $88.50 per month. There is a charge of $4.90 per month for each additional store location license purchased.
· Hours of support from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, Monday – Friday with voice answer
· Additional hours of support from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm CST, Monday – Friday and 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST, Saturday at $10 per call
· Guaranteed response from a senior technician within one hour
· Unlimited e-mail and fax support with guaranteed response within 2 business days
· Access to support conferencing area
· Discounts on version upgrades
Premium Support Membership requires automatic monthly billing with credit card or bank debit. We must have a credit card number on file for all $10 'after hour' charges.
Standard Support Membership
Standard Support is $40.50 per month. There is a charge of $4.35 per month for each additional store location license purchased.
· Hours of support from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, Monday – Friday
· Guaranteed response from a technician within one business day
· Unlimited e-mail and fax support with guaranteed response within 2 business days
· Access to support conferencing area
· Discounts on version upgrades
Pay–As–You–Go Support
Per Call Telephone Support
· Hours of support from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, Monday – Friday
· Pay per call has a charge of $115 per case.
· Convenient billing to your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express cards
Please note that version upgrades will be full price for those that choose the Pay-As-You-Go support option.
